Resolved - Service is fully restored. The client dashboard, sign-in and account features are working normally again, and client websites stayed online throughout. Thank you for your patience.

Identified - A hardware fault on one of our servers is affecting the client dashboard, sign-in and account features. Client websites are not affected and remain online. A replacement part is arriving tomorrow, and we will post an update here as soon as service is restored.
